Summary
Be guided in a meditation to focus your mind. You'll be guided using an affirmation to become aware of what's distracting your focus. When you become aware of how you *feel* you will be able to focus on what means most to you. The best affirmations are short and succinct, and can easily be remembered. I challenge you to repeat this affirmation throughout this week as you focus your mind on what matters most to you. This is part 2 of a 7-Part Meditations on Focus, Episodes 596-602. As always, you don't have to do the meditation techniques -- they are simply there to help you transition from your busy day to a state of stillness.
