I am going to be sharing about designing your ideal month and designing your ideal week.

0:07.6

All right, let's dig into planning like a CEO.

0:11.3

First of all, I want to share a few of my overall views on having a calendar and planning.

0:17.8

I think that your calendar is very important. And whether or not you use an electronic

0:23.6

calendar or a paper calendar or some combination, your calendar needs to be with you at all times.

So for me, it is optimal to use Google Calendar. I keep everything on my Google Calendar and that way I can access it. My daughter can access it. My

1:30.2

calendar. I've also started scheduling in self-care and essential things like eating lunch. I know a lot of

1:35.7

you forget to eat lunch. I do too. And if I don't schedule lunch in, I will either one forget

1:41.1

to eat, work through eating time, or my assistant will schedule

1:46.2

appointments during lunchtime.

1:48.1

So it's been really helpful to put everything on my calendar.

1:51.9

I put driving time on my calendar.

1:54.1

I put where I'm driving.
