Everyone was interested in pursuing opportunities in their

business, and in order to do that, they need more time at home and in their business. A few of the

things they are considering or already doing are hiring a personal assistant to run errands for them and other household tasks,

including laundry and meal prep, and several are implementing or refining their project management

systems in their businesses. For myself, since we recorded this episode in 2018, in Bizchicks,

we have added ClickUp as our home base

and project management system. And by we, I mean, Tiffany implemented that. And I am a user. And we now

solely communicate via Slack, whereas previously we used Voxer. We no longer used Trello, and we also added

Airtable to track our clients' goals and other data that they share with us, and we review this

data as a team monthly. Also, Tiffany has automated more things than I can think of using

Zapier and other internal integrations between

software products. There's a lot of automation happening in my business and that means that it's
