Welcome back to the quarter of the day show. I'm your host Sean Crox and the Sean Crox and calm. We got a brand new speaker on the show today.

Dr. Bruce Lipton, who was of course the author of the classic book, The Biology of Belief. And if you read that book, fantastic book, by the way, if you read that book in the later chapters, he talks about how you get your programming.

Where all your thoughts and your feelings and your beliefs and your limitations and your opinions and all that stuff where it came from.

And the fact that between the age of zero and five, you absorbed your programming from the people around you.

And now as an adult, you're carrying in around that program with you. It is the lens through which you see the world.

So when you set out to do something greater with your life and it feels so uncomfortable when you hear those thoughts and those words and those voices coming up in your mind.

It's somebody else's voice from a long time ago. And it's not true.

And what we can do to change that like the first step to changing that programming is understanding that you've been programmed.

Here's Dr. Lipton.

Your life is not coming from your conscious wishes and desires. Your life is coming from your program.

And why is that relevant? Because I said, think about it this way. I take three different cells.

And I say, oh, Muslim cell, Jewish cell, Christian cell. I say, oh, are they different entities? I can no no.

Those religious things, your programs are downloaded into the mind of the child.

What was most important? They all come from the same source.

They all represent the same spirit coming to the planet.

Your source is not the program.

You can take a child from one religion as an infant and have it adopted by another family from a different religion.

The child grows up in that religion. The religion wasn't built into the system. It was a program.

We've been programmed. And I said, what's the function of the programs? And the answer is this.

The mind is the, excuse me, the mind is designed to take your programs and your beliefs and turn them into reality.
