Managing your mental and emotional state is what enables you to do the things that you need to do to create the results that you want in your life.

Whether that's lose weight, make money,

you have to get yourself to do the things

that you need to do.

And so it's about getting yourself in a peak state.

And that's actually, I don't know what I said that earlier,

but that's one of the ways that I often frame the miracle morning is it enables you to start every day in a

physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual state so that you can show up at your best for the people that you love,

the people that you lead, the people that you lead,

and that starts with you, right?
