Summary

Be guided in a meditation using an affirmation to help you manage anxiety. Often when stress triggers tip you off balance it can be because you feel threatened in some way. Today's affirmation will help you feel safe in the midst of anxiety producing events. This is part 2 of a 7-Part Meditations on Balance, Episodes 590-596. As always, you don't have to do the meditation techniques -- they are simply there to help you transition from your busy day to a state of stillness. The techniques also help to calm "monkey mind," when your thoughts continuously interrupt your meditation.
