which we're doing a lot of, I know a lot of people are indulging in foods

whether it's from stress or boredom but I want to talk about that in ways to avoid it or

All right, so stress eating,

stress eating is certainly a thing during this self isolation period that we are in

Lord knows I've gone into my pantry more than a few times out of boredom sometimes out of stress

and everything in between. So I know I'm not the only one out there.

So I wanted to share a few things about stress eating and why we stress eat, what happens in our

body, and then my favorite ways to reduce it and how to I mean if it's serving you then keep doing it but if it's not serving us which a lot of us it isn't serving then let's make that intervention all All right. So again, I mentioned that we are in this position of convenience, right?
