| 1:14.3 | you anxiety or where you feel a little rushed and tense, maybe when you get ready to |
| 1:22.6 | leave your house in the morning or even go to bed at night or driving in rush hour traffic. |
| 1:29.3 | Whatever it is, try to add calm to it. |
| 1:35.5 | Try to think of how you could rework or disrupt that routine and make it more calming. |
| 1:45.1 | You can visualize yourself going through the routine in a calm way and think about it. |
| 1:51.3 | What would you need to have in place in order for you to feel more calm in tense moments of your life. |
| 2:03.6 | We often don't think about this because we just think, oh yeah, this is just one of those tense times, but actually if you consider what you can do to make it calmer you may be very |
