Well, hello there and welcome to this episode of the Terry Cole Show. I'm your host, Terry, and today's

episode really does hold a special place in my heart. We're continuing this series where I share some of my favorite

podcast episodes where I was the person being interviewed. And this one is with a

dear friend and an exceptional colleague. I'm thrilled to bring you a memorable

conversation I had on the Marie Forlio podcast. Many of you I know are familiar with

Marie. She is such a force of nature and a born and raised Jersey girl like me and she has

built an incredible digital empire that reaches millions across the globe. Our

friendship goes back to early days in New York City for both of us

and it has been such an amazing journey to witness her growth and what she has

achieved. So really for Murray it started with her just having a laptop

and passion and a dream to create Murray TV and now the Marie for the other

podcast and now she has penned a number one New York Times

at best selling book. Everything is figure outable. It's really nothing short of

completely inspiring. Her mission and her mantra revolve around the belief that every challenge in life can be figured out, offering the necessary tools and support to achieve it. So in this chat we dubbed into the essentials of being a

boundary boss, we explored various aspects upsetting and maintaining boundaries

tapping into our inner wisdom to make the right decisions, how do we hold boundaries gracefully, how do we not

feel rejected, what are your deal breakers, how do you know your preferences, so many things.

One of my favorite moments from this show was Marie,

when Marie spontaneously broke out into song.

Instead of, I like big butts and I cannot lie,

I like big boundaries and I cannot lie.

And then we just laugh for like the next 15 minutes because that's hysterical,
