Summary
Today you'll be guided in a calming meditation using a breathing technique. Managing your breath is one of the best ways to calm your mind and body. I also answer the questions of a listener who wonders if there's a universal feeling one should be experiencing during meditation. This is part 3 of a 7-Part Meditations on Calm, Episodes 583-589. As always, you don't have to do the meditation techniques -- they are simply there to help you transition from your busy day to a state of stillness. The techniques also help to calm "monkey mind," when your thoughts continuously interrupt your meditation.
