Listener discretion is advised. Welcome to the consult. I'm Julia Cowley, retired FBI agent and profiler, and I'm joined by my colleague, Angela Serser, who is also a retired FBI profiler.

We're on our own, Angela. We don't have Bob or Susan with us.

So just for people that don't really know our history or backstory, Angela and I joined the

FBI's behavioral analysis unit at the same time.

So we were in training together.

We joined about 16 weeks of classroom work where they take all the new profilers and give

them all the same training.

And then after that, we go to our respective units.

And I was assigned to the Crimes Against Adults Unit.

Angela was assigned to the Terrorism and Threats Unit.

So we did spend our first 16 weeks together taking various classes and we became friends and colleagues.

And but as part of our training, Bob and Susan were the senior profilers in the unit and they were responsible for helping to train us.

So it's kind of like we've come full circle. We're all on our own today.
