knowledge and wisdom from, from, you know, specific to the fitness industry. There's a lot of

experience there, building businesses, being a family man, and just wise beyond his years,

somebody and at the time I had the opportunity to get to work with somebody, right? And it was one

thing that I definitely don't regret and honestly a really good opportunity. I've met a lot of
