Hey everyone, Ben-Cuba Radio. Now I've titled this lockdown 2.0. The beginning of the first

lockdown, I kind of put a load of content out there and talked about, right, what are we doing, where where are we going let's accept the new

status quo and if we think about where we are with lockdown right now and our

opportunity our health what we can do obviously we're the UK, I'm speaking from being in the UK. The UK is in

very different states of like what you can do, what you can't do, and that obviously means that there's so much variation in the conversations

that are happening online around lockdown and how we're feeling etc and I kind of

want to sort of maybe just project and share what I'm thinking about when I think about the next six months because that's how I'm viewing what's happening right now. I'm thinking right, let's pretend and let's, in my opinion, that's kind of the reality,

let's pretend that lockdown and all these, the current status quo is going to happen

for the next six months, maybe a bit longer.

So I'm sort of thinking right between now and let's say next April, April 2021,

what do I want to do? What do I want to achieve? Am I in full acceptance of what is going on because what I'm

sure many of us are doing is watching the news seeing when things will change seeing

when things will become more positive.

And for me, if you think about what will actually allow us to get back to normal

in terms of what's happening in the world is a vaccine,

some kind of control measure that allows people to go out a lot more and do things.

And I don't want to get into the politics and what's happening because I'm not qualified.

I haven't kept up with the conversation and it's not appropriate.

All I want to think about is our physical and mental well-being and us being as

happy as possible as productive as possible over the next 12 months over the next six months.

So I'm kind of thinking about what I want to do and what I can control and what I can

achieve over the next six months and that's going to be very different for everyone.
