Summary

Do you use fitness or nutrition tracking apps, maybe like My Fitness Pal, but feel you have somewhat obsessive behaviour with it? That it serves its purpose, but you feel bound by it, and maybe anxious if you don't use it or track what you are doing? Also, how is your behaviour and your view of your fitness and nutrition in general, does a meal or event throw you off track, and how should we deal with that? Thanks for Helen for writing into the show, the springboard for todays discussion with myself and Tom, our Head of Education at The BTN Academy.

Helen wrote into the show and we thought you know what this topic could go in a really nice way because the

0:41.9

reality is we're all using fitness trackers or

0:45.1

nutrition trackers or sleep trackers or something somehow or we've at least used

0:51.2

it at a point in time to maybe achieve a certain goal.

0:55.0

Tom can probably expand on this, but for example, within our nutrition coaching system,

1:01.0

what we teach coaches at the BTS Academy, there's different levels of nutrition

1:05.3

tracking, so we quite often classify it from A to D, and they have varying levels of detail for the purpose of achieving a a goal or be teaching someone something about where they're going and essentially how to get there

1:22.1

Tom I didn't know if you wanted to give a little overview of that

1:24.8

and why that is important from a kind of a goal

1:28.1

and they also a coaching perspective,

1:30.0

because we aren't really.

1:30.8

Yeah, I mean, I think we'll get there anyway but it's a decent

1:34.3

place to launch off from so whenever you're whenever you're trying to do
