Summary

My guest this week is Mel. She is going into a therapy session with her ex-husband and their two daughters, and she is frightened that he will overwhelm them all. He is unpredictable and dangerous, she thinks, stronger and smarter than they are, and he’ll manage to manipulate the therapist. How might Mel find her way out of this tangle of mind-set and emotions? What was the actual cause of her suffering—her husband or her unquestioned thoughts? I invite you to join us as Mel begins to find her way. Close your eyes, open your mind, get still, and let’s do The Work.
