Hopefully I'll bring some quick wisdom. So you've heard me speak on the podcast before about

recovery. Recovery being obviously very important

0:14.5

from exercise and how I look at my own exercise and recovery and how I would often say, look, these days I don't really have the capacity to train more than

0:25.3

three or four times a week pretty intensely because I don't have the recovery capacity I

0:31.5

don't always get consistently good sleep because of new child. It used to be a

0:36.4

bit of a travel thing as well and I've been reflecting on this recently because I've

1:31.4

So I started to get back into training and I was

1:34.0

starting to think about my recovery because I was sleeping pretty well and I was

1:37.6

waking up the next day and I was like oh you know a bit sore a bit kind of

1:41.3

tired and I was definitely easing myself in I wasn't

1:44.7

you know going balls to the wall because I kind of know where that leads to and actually I

1:50.4

don't want to wake up the next day you you know, walking like John Wayne and you know struggling to get upstairs and stuff. It's not really my bag. I know plenty of sadistic people that absolutely love that. But anyway, by the by. So I was kind of thinking, oh, you know, a bit sore and then I've kind of been sort of

2:07.1

reflecting on some of my mindset towards training and what actually is capable by the human body there is an awful lot that's capable to the human body and
