so the Scotsman's Guide, which I'm very dear friends, and we do some stuff, we do some work together with the Scotsman's Guide. So it's outstanding publication. But they do this one thing. I'm just not crazy about this, this men, women thing. So they have the top women producers. And I think it just ought to be the top producers because frankly, you ladies, for the most part, I'm just being honest here, picks the guys butts.

Us guys, we tend to run a second place behind you ladies.

Like for whatever reason that is, I don't know if it's work ethic. you're just smarter. I don't know what it is. But you ladies, you guys are, you guys are animals. And you ranked,

you ranked in their top, top ladies and lending here in the U.S. And so congratulations on the

award, my friend. Awesome.
