I love it. Thanks for the opportunity again, Carl. You know, Fironuta, Wisehire, haven't heard about us,

our job is to make your life easier as a loan officer. You know, you got into this business to

support people, get mortgages, get that opportunity of homeowners ownership. But when you think about your business,

as you're building a team and scaling it, there's so much busy work that comes with it.

Talent is ultimately the lifeblood of your company. And we get to support you with that,

helping you think about who to hire, how to attract top talent, how to interview and assess them

the same way that the big internet brokers do, and help you ultimately win talent at a faster pace. And, you know, Carl, much like you, we love this community. We're going through a lot of ups and downs. And I think that's how we get together as a team. And, you know, from what we're seeing, what you're seeing, I think there's a lot of optimism in the weeks and months ahead, which is why I love hopping on calls like this.
