Welcome to the happiness podcast. I'm Dr. Robert Puff. In this episode we're going to

0:18.9

look at happiness and how it relates to having bad things happen. I do think for many of us when we think,

0:27.0

oh, I've reached the point where I'm going to be happy and I have really great tools in place,

0:32.0

so now everything's going to go smoothly.

0:34.8

1:38.0

the rather infinite and countless. But the real difference here is that now, instead of what we typically do,

1:46.4

and what we typically do is we spend a lot of energy thinking about perseverating on, worrying about these tragedies when they hit, that we deal with them and mostly we just
