know why thrusters. I didn't, you know, I thought these thrusters wouldn't do anything

to me. I couldn't walk for about three days. Did heavy thrusters. The second day we did

a partner workout that was brutal. It was, you know, 30 degrees or 24 degrees outside.

We were running, probably I did about two, eight to 10, 400 meter dashes involved with
