show for you today. We're going to be talking all about blood flow restriction. That sound

like the weirdest thing ever. It should because we don't usually go down the route of like

a product, but it's so interesting what's going on. Some day I'm going to have crazy

Bob beyond to talk about his stratosphere. But I thought we'd talk about this because

it's interesting. Dylan pushed me onto it a long time ago, Dylan far from physiologic.

And I got into it. We're working with a company called Saga. And I had one of the guys that

works there on the show today to kind of explain to me how it all works. If you want to nerd

out on this stuff, this is a great episode. We also talk about a lot of other stuff. He's a former

football player and he all kinds of cool shit. Just very knowledgeable on physiology and stuff

like that. So other stuff going on. We are amping everything up. We're going to be putting

everything on YouTube. We tried this before. We're trying it again. We've got a whole new

crew of people that are coming in. We got a lot of stuff to do. So we need some help

from you guys. You know, like I said, we put these episodes on YouTube. If you want to check

them out, we haven't put any new ones up. I just got back from Mexico at a show last night.
