And today, I want to talk about the only quality that matters in a partner and the title says the only quality that matters in a man because I recognize that a large portion of my listeners are women who date men but this definitely applies to whoever you date and whatever relationship you're going for,

whether that's a friendship, a business partnership, romantic partnership of any kind.

This, in my experience, in my own first person world view, this is the one true quality that matters in a partner

and that's amidst of course the smaller things that are

that are unique and bespoke to you and what speaks to you right

someone's sense of humor or their empathy or aligned values and goals or you know

financial security or goals for children or just world views whatever

the really important stuff that certainly does define compatibility between two

people those are very very important but I don't if you can't find the one quality I'm going to reference here, well, then they're kind of a moot point. You won't even get that far. It's like the cart before the horse kind of thing. So that one quality, the one quality that matters in a partner,

it really is that important.

And in my opinion, that quality is their willingness

to make a relationship work.

Their willingness to make a relationship work. And now that's obvious, right? But I'm going to break this

down with two sentences that will hopefully make this clear and in the case of

men this is a big differentiator between the type of men you want to be with,

whether platonically or romantically, and the men that you should probably avoid.
