all right welcome to episode 55 I'm excited for this episode because just a couple

minutes ago I was writing my outline for it and I took a minute and very

specifically I wrote down a list of a bunch of weird things that I do kind of

regularly on a day-to-day basis things that are the real me very case Kenny and

looking at them I realized that I'm kind of a weird guy so that's fun so you

have that to look forward to in this episode but it made sense for me to do this

because in this episode I'm going to talk about why we should live with

nothing to hide nothing to hide and how when we do that how just incredibly

liberating it is to live 100% real to yourself because you know you're the

real you 24 7 365 and you don't have to pick and choose who you are to

certain people it's easy because you're just you and life I think is a lot

more fun when you are when you're just you so I think you're gonna get a lot

out of this episode it's gonna be fun I'm gonna go right into it but before I do
