all right welcome to episode 54 it's a big episode it's a fun episode I say

this every time but I mean it every time so let's start with this let me ask you

do you talk to yourself like do you maybe say little things to yourself give

yourself little pep talks or maybe just mother different things on occasion

you probably do I think we all do that to an extent or maybe you even have

full-on conversations with yourself I don't know you do you it's cool

regardless but I think actually there's a lot of power in that I think you can

literally use your internal or out loud dialogue to snap yourself out of a

funk or out of overthinking something or out of choosing to be comfortable or

when you're making a big move you can use some keywords and kind of a little bit

of tough love directed towards yourself to get you moving and taking action and

that's what I'm gonna talk about in today's episode I've got kind of one

really simple idea that has helped me a lot this is basically when I

encourage myself to be like hey stop that and just case Kenny that shit and so

I'm gonna talk about what the heck that means what I'm talking about and you'll

see and you'll see why it means a lot to me in today's episode but before I get
