kind of getting my shit together this week and I was kind of reminded to value myself and I think

it always is like, you know, brag about yourself. Be proud of yourself. But then I kind of maybe

heard it said differently to me, which is always why we talk so much about different things because

it's all about how we digest them, right? Every toolbox is pretty similar, but it's just how we

digest these tools and learn to use them in a way that makes sense to us. And so when my therapist

told me I need to value myself, I was like, oh, that's like a really, that's a term that really makes

me understand the concept of being proud of proud of yourself and not being just constantly

hard on yourself or shaming yourself. And so when she said that, it really stuck with me and like,

I'm allowed to be proud because proud sounds so boastful and so non-humbling and so value myself.
