I know you have a Jackson. My Jackson, he's four. And yeah, I told him like, hey, I'm not going to

Benet anymore, but I'm going to be, that's the school I taught at, but I'm going to be home more in

the mornings. And like his face just like lit up, which was super cool to see. Yeah. And my wife, I think that

the biggest thing she has noticed already is I keep the house a little bit cleaner now. And I used to always tell her before, I'm like, hey, babe, like, I just don't have the mental

bandwidth right now to like take anything else on it.

I'm sorry that stuff falls off to the side.

But she just says that I already seem like I'm more relaxed and more present in the evenings.

Whereas before, I was thinking about, all right, what did I not get done in my off periods

at school that I now need to get done in the evenings.

All right. What is up, everyone? Welcome back to the show. I'm really excited today. I've got a good friend's client, Jeff Steinberg. And man, I'm excited to chop it up with you. Just to give you a quick intro here on Jeff. So, Jeff, you IFCA around 15 months ago, if my math serves me.

Yeah, yeah, February of 23. Yeah. Yep. And so prior to that, so Jeff, you know, when we met or when you

first joined IFCA, you were a full-time teacher, you did have two kids at the time or is one of your

kid after that point? Yes, had both at the time. Okay. Yeah, two at the time. Yep.

Yeah. And so, you know, between like, you know, you're working full time as a teacher and

running your business on the side, you know, you were dealing with a lot. The business had already

had some success. You know, I know that in 2021, you kind of launched the business. It was a side hustle. I think I recall you to like 12 grand. 2022, you invested in another mentorship. You actually grew that to 100k. But you're in the

situation where you're like, man, I just don't know if it's sustainable to be able to actually

leave my job. I don't have that, just that confidence. And so there in 2023, after you joined

IFCA, you took that $100,000 business all way up to $160 while still keeping

your job, which is fascinating. We're going to get all into that. And finally in February of 2024,

you finally quit your job. Is that right? Yeah, I think that's when I called you and Aaron when you
