Summary

Be guided in a walking meditation to connect with your surroundings as you develop patience with yourself. You'll be guided in a meditation focusing on engaging all your senses as you take in your outdoor surroundings. Of course, you may also do this meditation inside seated in your meditation space. If you do remain indoors I encourage you to open a window to connect with the elements outside. This is part 7 of a 7-Part Meditations for Patience, Episodes 527-533. As always, you don't have to do the meditation techniques -- they are simply there to help you transition from your busy day to a state of stillness. The techniques also help to calm "monkey mind," when your thoughts continuously interrupt your meditation.
