Hey everyone, Benkuma Radio, how on earth are you doing? I hope you're set up for an awesome day.

And I know I'm recording this during the UK and largely worldwide lockdown. I don't want this to come across in the wrong way because

I know there's a certain energy in the world at the moment and I want to kind of bypass that energy and talk on a broad level

about the word awesome. So as you know if you follow me online I talk about this word being awesome a lot, just awesome awesome awesome.

And I don't know if I've given it the appropriate level of context, but I was chatting to a deputy head teacher of a school and we were having a little discussion about passion and our careers and what we enjoy and what we love and why we do things and it made me think about this word

awesome and the reason why I was thinking of it is when I went to this school

which was Maidstone Grammar School this teacher Robbie he

invited me into the school to give a talk to the kids and I remember meeting Robbie and seeing him interact with the kids

and seeing the school environment and seeing the job of a teacher and the job of a teacher is incredible you get to inspire other people, lead and

I thought that was an amazing gift like if you think you're in a classroom of 30 people

for example and you get the opportunity to inspire them

with their lives. Like that is an incredible gift, like, wow! Imagine if you did that every day with you know hundreds of potential

people and that's the beautiful thing of being a coach or being someone in

management like you get the opportunity to inspire and lead other people and

what happened is I remember walking to the school going I could do this I'd love to do this

oh that'd be amazing and the reason why I did that is it's because of my mindset it's because I want to

strive to be awesome on every level and what's happened is that kind of passion for just living, for being a life, for taking this

kind of audacious energetic approach to everything in my life.

What happened is I kind of breathed in this kind of

potential opportunity and

I could be a teacher I could do this and it's because I saw that there was just an opportunity to live in a big way

and help other people and inspire people. And this happened again the other day. I was
