we're talking about today, which actually comes out today as called the Ultimate Guide

to Great Mentorship, 13 roles to making a true impact, and I found the entire interview

completely fascinating, and whether you are a mentor, have been a mentor, or want to

be a mentor, or have been mentored, which I feel like many of us have been, whether

it's casually or whether it's officially, he just has so much wisdom to share about how

to do it well.

He's done so many things in his life.

He's got a very popular podcast on leadership, and I think it's the top podcast that there

is on leadership, and he's had over a 30-year career, basically, in leadership, and

now he's sort of branching out and sharing all of his information with us in this interview.
