what is a skill, ability, or talent you have that you have worked hard to increase and grow,

which is much the point of Ziggs Message.

The comments were significant and pointed to some truths about having potential but it's nothing until we grow and refine it.

And having natural skill or ability does not mean mastery will be easy.

It will just be much more possible.

So Michelle Prince and I talk through the comments that were given on Facebook.

They were incredibly rich, but first let's start you

off with a kickoff with Mr. Zigzigler. Around the turn of the century down in South Texas just outside of Beaumont, there was a farmer selling much of his land.

He was having to sell it simply because times were so tough he couldn't feed his family.

One day an oil company representative came along and said, sir, you know, we think there might be oil on your property.

Let us drill for it and if we discover any we'll pay your

royalties on every barrel that we pump out. Well he had nothing to lose a great

deal to gain so he said let's do it. Well they drilled for the oil and in those days the dareks were made out of wood.

And when they had a gushor, the gushor literally destroyed the darek and the greater the destruction, the

greater the excitement because that meant an abundance of oil underneath.
