Oh Adam, it's so good to see you too. So tell our listeners a little bit about you and about where

you are geographically. Well, a little bit about me. I just got back from Hiking and Glacier

National Park yesterday and I live in the Pacific Northwest a little bit away from Seattle, a

ferry ride away on Vainbridge Island in Washington State. We've been here for over 20 years and

had we're glad to be here. But we missed the sunshine and Colorado. Yes. So we're going to talk

primarily today about a book you wrote. I think it was published in 2018 called Hidden in Plainsight.

But before we get to your book, I want to just ask you some questions about story. Okay. So can we

start by when did you learn that you even had a story and what prompted you to begin engaging it?

Yeah. Well, my husband, Dan Allender, has been talking about story for I think over 25 years.
