Hello and welcome to the teen life coach podcast. I'm your host, Mikkel, and today we are talking about being ignored.

Hey guys, what's up? How are you all doing today? Today we are talking all about being ignored.

And I was thinking about this just with, this is something I've coached a lot of clients on.

And I think that especially right now, because we all have so much time in our homes by ourselves,

you know, the way we're staying in touch with friends is through calling and texting and DMing.

And sometimes we get a little bit in our heads about when people respond and don't respond to us.

And so we're going to talk about that today. What to do when your friends, boyfriend, girlfriend, the person you like, whoever it is,

isn't texting you back. We're going to talk about that. But before we get into it, I wanted to
