Hello and welcome to the Teen Life Coach podcast. I'm your host, Mikkel, and today we are talking about boredom.

Hey guys, what's up? Welcome to another episode of the podcast. How are you guys doing? I hope that

everyone's hanging in there and enjoying their extra time at home. I realize that this might be a really

hard time for a lot of you, just not seeing friends as much and learning how to do online school.

And some of you, I know, might just be loving the whole not having to go into school

thing.

So wherever you're at, I'm glad to be here with you guys.

And I wanted to talk today about boredom because I realized having lots of extra time at home,

I think especially as a team, can lead to some boredom.

So we're going to talk about that.

And before I get into it, I wanted to read this review from Helena, but it's already taken. She wrote,

So I'm a 14 year old girl and I've a lot of problems at school and in my life in general.

I get bullied a bunch. But this podcast has really helped me. I have had depression and hurt myself, felt worthless, but then I found

this podcast and I felt better about myself for a while now. Keep up the good work, Helena.

I would love to hear an episode about good grades. Helena, good job to you.

Like, to be able to take yourself out of a really negative mindset and move into a more positive, self-loving place.
