Welcome to another episode of the podcast.

Today is an amazing day and I just had to tell you all that I, as of today, am officially an aunt.

My sister just had a baby today like a few hours ago.

And I just feel really, really happy and

excited for her and to get to meet the baby. And just thinking about, like, I know there's a lot

of craziness and hecticness and freaking out happening in the world right now. But I just feel really

grateful today for like all the good things that are still happening. So shout out to my sister

and congrats on being a new mom. I love you. So today we are talking about missing out. And part of the reason

I wanted to do this was because I was just thinking about all of you guys, especially you guys who

are seniors, who imagined your high school, end of high school going one way imagined a prom a

graduation getting to have your last like hurrah with friends and senior pranks and not having

any of that going on anymore right now and i I know that's really, really hard for a lot of

you guys right now. So we're going to talk about that today. We're going to talk about how to deal with

like the missing out that's happening right now. So we all imagine how things are going to go, right?

I talked about this a lot in my very first episode, Prom Expectations.

If you guys haven't heard it, go check that one out.

But I basically just like tell this story about how my senior prom went horrible.

So bad, not at all what I imagined it to be.

And my date was super, super awkward.
