Ray Dalio said it once. He was like, you know, there are people who are meant to change the world.

Like they have these thoughts and ideas and they like, you know, they want to impact women's health.

Or they want to do this thing. Are they like, you know, they're thinking about people outside of their own bubble.

And then there are other people who are meant to like just think about the people right there around them like and like take care of their families.

But I'm one of the people who like I see a problem and I get obsessed with it.

I'm like for example, you know, there's so many fitness coaches who could be impacting more people

and making more money.

And like I don't sleep very well at night knowing that that's a thing that I could have an impact on in the world.

favorite people here that we're going to have a conversation truly all around this, two of my

a couple of my favorite people, a couple of my really good friends.

And we're all moms.

And so I feel like it comes up often this just dichotomy between really you have two lives.

You know, you have your life as a mom that requires a certain version of you.
