you're here with me Tom and I'm usually the co-host but I've been given the reins to do a

short Monday podcast in response to an email that I was sent a few days ago.

Now this email was asking me to provide a little bit of information around Klembuterol

which I'm assuming that some of you have heard of especially if you've

if you've clicked on this

podcast at all and I just wanted to answer that email in this format so that it's

useful not just for the person that asked me about it but for everyone that's out

there and anyone you want to point to this show

because Klembural is something that is being spoken about more and more in recent years

especially in any sort of gym environment where people are looking for fat loss.

It is something that some people do ask about, it's something that people are interested in.

And I do think it's worth addressing in a way,

where you, not to toot my own horn I suppose but where you can kind of trust the

information a lot of the information that you'll get about products and

substances such as this is less than reputable and so I just wanted to provide like a 10 minute

rundown that you can point people to if they're ever interested in the topic so

I'm going to do that now. So Columbia Roll before I begin is a Class C drug in the UK.

That means that you're allowed to have it if it's on prescription,

but other than that, you're not allowed to buy it,

you're not allowed to sell it, and so I don't recommend you do either.
