Now, you might be saying, no, no, no, Trish, like legit. I need some help. I am a procrastinator. You, this episode is for you, and for those of you, who say that you are neither, but you just take a while to get going.

I'm going to call you out, and call you a perfectionist, and in that perfectionism, please know that your perfectionism is creating of you a procrastinator.

So procrastination and delay and putting things off happen often, because we are identifying as people who, who do that, stop allowing yourself to identify as that, to have a self-concept where you take your time.

Life is so short, and you are given the gift of breath, the gift of life, the gift of today, go maximize it.

Before we dive into the coaching, and I'm excited, I'm coaching on procrastination, I'm going to help you understand why it's happening.

Then we're going to get deepens, have a heart to heart about what is it that you're putting off in your life, and then I'm going to talk to you about changing your patterns, and giving you seven things that you can do right away.
