So my coaching clients and my college or confidence members, this is a theme that goes along and correlates with confidence that I don't think I've gone in depth enough on so much so that I'm going to do an entire second workshop with a workshop with a workbook that I'm going to walk you through a whole process.

What's important to me is that you know that you can build yourself trust. We are building your ability to trust yourself and trust your decisions.

Because trusting yourself to make good decisions, to show up big in your life with your own personal follow-through, and trusting that you will achieve whatever you set your mind to, to achieve new levels of possibilities and potential for your story of your life, all starts with the trust.

Trust in yourself that you're hearing the direction of God, trust in yourself that you align yourself and you trust the right people, trust in yourself that you can make commitments and stay committed.

And so when you practice self-trust, you're elevating every other area of your life, and this episode is going to teach you how to practice self-trust.

Well, if you struggle with overthinking or wanting other people to affirm your decisions, if you find your place in places of indecision or second-guessing, then self-structrust is a place that can be strengthened.

Now, it's really important to me that you also know that wherever you are, whatever relationship you have with yourself with trust, however fractured or intact it is, it can always be healed and there's always room for growth.

Because the reality is this, a lot of us get stuck in not knowing how to trust ourselves and our choices when we feel like we've made terrible choices before.

I felt this often in my own self-sabotage in my own eating disorder. Sometimes I could trust myself to be really healthy and sometimes I couldn't.

And I felt like I was operating as two different people. For me, really, where self-trust gave me an emotional limp was that I didn't know how to trust myself or trust men when I met my husband Brandon.

I had lost my trust in myself when I almost married the wrong person when I almost married and stayed with somebody who was toxic for me.

I had trusted the wrong person, a person who broke my heart with emotional abuse and belittling and manipulation.

I trusted him, which when I finally healed from that relationship, which took a while.
