| 0:00.0 | What's going on, everyone. Welcome to another episode of the fit, healthy, and most of all happy |
| 0:04.8 | podcast. I am our coach and host Josh here with his co-host and co-coach KG and I'm in the house. |
| 0:11.8 | Today's episode is going to be a banger. It's going to be a little rapid fire and we're going to be |
| 0:15.9 | hitting you with the seven reasons you aren't losing weight or seeing the results that you deserve. |
| 0:20.6 | These are things that me and Kyle wrote down and even analyzed about our journey and we're excited to share them so you can go ahead, implement them into yours, break plateaus, reach new levels. So let's hear it. What's number one, Kyle? Number one is you're making it harder than it needs to be and you're overcomplicating it and i'll be real with you i don't blame |
| 0:38.7 | you because there's so much information as i shared recently but the truth is it should be simple |
| 0:43.7 | it should be something that you can follow consistently there shouldn't be any of this up and down |
| 0:48.2 | and just you know a lot of times people struggle because they try to make it the most challenging |
| 0:52.3 | thing when you go into work and you tell |
| 0:54.4 | that person that you're doing 75 hard and you're cutting carbs and you're drinking no alcohol and you're |
| 0:59.5 | whatever, you're doing hours of cardio day. It sounds interesting. It sounds cool. People ask you a bunch of |
| 1:05.5 | questions. But at the end of the day, you're making it so much harder for yourself. And that's why |
| 1:10.1 | so many people struggle as well because there's so many other things to focus on in your life. And when you just have this daunting thing that you have to do versus that person who just makes it their lifestyle, they go on a couple walks, they keep track of their calories, they aim to eat healthier. Those people see better success because they show up every single day. It's not this crazy daunting thing. And so that's going to be number one is don't overcomplicate it. There's a high chance you're not succeeding because you're just making it so much harder than it has to be. Yeah, we actually just finished a 60 day challenge, which was awesome. I loved it. There was a lot of components of it that were so hard, but it really was like we're |
| 1:45.2 | really ironclad with our parameters. We're like, you got to succeed with this over 60 days. And it made me |
| 1:50.2 | also really appreciate the flexibility of our approach and coaching because we could take someone in |
| 1:55.2 | any situation of life with any criteria, any background, any base and still help you get results because we've really |
| 2:02.5 | worked to create a program that can work for anyone. This will work for someone maybe who's a |
| 2:07.2 | year old, who's a devout Jewish person who really wants to stick to the criteria of that, |
| 2:13.0 | participate in events, not work out on the Sabbath, no problem. We can make sure that fits into your life. |
| 2:18.4 | We can also make that work with someone who's maybe 25. They're new, they're just getting their career started as a lawyer. They're insanely busy. They're loaded. They want to go out. They want to party. They want to celebrate. Or the stay-at-home mom of 12 kids. We have people like this, all different examples in our program, and it's about finding that balance for you. And instead of making it so all or nothing and complex, really learning how to make that fit within your life. And that's something we specialize in because without that, it's going to be a short-term measure. It's going to be something you do. And then as soon as you complete it, you're going to want to revert to those old ways, those old habits. You'll feel like you're a bird who had his wings clipped. And when you go free, that's where people will kind of messed up. And then this is a perfect example, which is number two, which is weekend warriors. People that will win Monday to Friday, they'll be locked in during the work week. They're on fire and then it just |
| 3:08.7 | all goes away. They lose their deficit. They lose their progress. They go out. They've been reserved all |
| 3:14.9 | week. They've been good as they like to say and they'll go out and they'll have six meals, |
