And from myself, when I was listening to one of these motivational videos, I actually had to pause it and sit there and think about all that. And I was like, you know what? It's so true. Like, you know, just there's so much water around you and unless it actually gets in the ship it's not a big deal and relating that to

our life and obstacles and things that pop up there's a lot of mayhem there's a lot of nonsense

there's a lot of craziness and typically speaking unless we let that get to us it's not really
