right now whatever you're doing, I mean unless you're driving, take a nice deep breath, in through your nose and out through your nose well I guess if you're

eyes but do not do that if you are driving if you're not take a nice deep breath, close your eyes, relax your

shoulders, relax your body, and just give yourself a chance to be present to this

because it's just you and me today. The reason I'm talking about this, the reason I care

about this as a psychotherapist is that I see the way that clients of mine and in my own life and I'll share some

examples when we are easily offended it really robs us of joy. There's something about being so vulnerable to what other

people say, reading into what other people say.
