So I wonder, do you guys have a journaling practice?

Did you use to have a journaling practice? Do you write things out? Does that do anything

for you? Because I find that when my mind is really busy and with my therapy clients and my coaching clients writing things down can have this

I would just do my three pages in the morning. I would consider it a mind dump of really starting the day

with a clean slate, sort of like a recalibration of my mind and there are many different

Some of my clients, one of my clients has a voice journal.
