If you have ever done a really, really, really intense workout and then just flat-lined

emotionally, got like super sad and you're like, oh, and you don't equate those two things

This is something else I learned from my doctor is that in order to do that workout,

your body actually didn't have enough of the hormones because there's more than one

The hormones you and I are talking about today are sex hormones, but let's say something

like cortisol, some sort of hormone that's going to help you to get a workout done.

So your body actually dipped into your sex hormones and sort of stole those in order to compensate.

And stealing those hormones in order to compensate is now making you have an emotional flat-line
