Summary
Meditation to release anxiety and fear. In this meditation you'll have the option to use the simple Gyan mudra to help you manage your anxiety. Mudras are an elegant way to manage the most stressful moments of your life both when you're meditating, and when you're smack in the busiest part of your day. Do this mudra before you encounter someone who triggers your stress, do it before an important presentation, do it when your anxious thoughts won't let you rest. This is part 4 of a 7-Part OVERCOMING TRAUMA Meditation Series, Episodes 506-512. As always, you don't have to do the meditation techniques -- they are simply there to help you transition from your busy day to a state of stillness. The techniques also help to calm "monkey mind," when your thoughts continuously interrupt your meditation.
