Before IFCA, I started my own fitness coaching business back in 2013 and coached over 3000 individuals (and at points 200 at one time). It was a lot but I didn't know any better at the time and I learned a lot in the process so on today's episode, I want to share my 5 biggest lessons that I believe will benefit you most in your business from a coaching and mindset perspective.
