I know you're like me and you are here because you believe that this medical system is broken.

There's something wrong.

There's something very wrong.

We spend in the United States the most than any other nation on our healthcare.

And yet we have some of the worst outcomes.

It's a for profit industry, not a for results industry.

It's so corrupt and so sick.

And yet the individuals as individuals, we feel so helpless, right?

We're just, we're just, you know, who are we against these giant industries that have made billions on our backs that made billions on keeping us sick and preventing us from knowing the true nature of healing.

Because they have to find a drug for that, right?

So I have here with us an amazing guest today.

He's 90 years old.

He's been practicing medicine for 63 years as a physician, as a surgeon, as a professor.

He's written an intriguing book where he shares his 63 years of experience and he saw the system changing.

Now, we're not saying it was perfect 63 years ago, but it is certainly gotten worse.

My guest today is Dr. Henry Buckwald.

And one of the things that he suggests, which I thought was really interesting, that we could do as individuals to stop feeling so helpless us against them, right?

The 99% against the 1% well together, we can vote with our dollars.

Another way to say it is consumer activism.

You don't have to get out there with a picket sign and march around like when I say activism, a lot of images come to mind of protesting together.

We can protest with our purchases.
