Hello and welcome back to the podcast. I wasn't planning on podcasting on

podcasting today, but I'm feeling very inspired and I wanted to jump on here and record something around a topic I've been thinking

about a lot recently, which is cultivating deep relationships. And I've had episodes

recently around this topic, but cultivating that depth in relationship, not just romantically,

but in friendships, vulnerability, curiosity, just because this is

something that I feel like is coming up in every conversation I've been having with friends,

with clients.

And I have been kind of in a spiral around this, reflecting on this so deeply for myself

in the last few weeks.

So I thought I would jump on and share my thoughts, the usual.

Who knows where we will end up. But I know this is something that a lot of people crave and

are feeling that craving even more and more deeply right now to really have vulnerable,

deep connections and seeing this contrast with other relationships in their life,

it really just takes one person, it just takes one person, one conversation to be an example of

what is possible in terms of depth in relationship and vulnerability and feeling so seen,

so heard, so loved. And when you have that one example,

it can set off this deeper craving for that everywhere in your life. Understandably so.

So I want to explore that a bit before we jump in a couple of quick announcements.
