In this collaborative conversation, Christina shares confidence-building lessons she learned early on in podcasting, the most awkward moments that were never aired, and the direction she wants to take the show moving forward. I'm so excited because today is the 500th podcast episode.

0:19.7

I cannot believe it's already been 500 episodes. It's so,

0:23.7

so wild to me. And I wanted to do something special for today's show. So we did a live

0:29.4

recording. So I'm here with all of these beautiful faces. And I'm really excited because we can

0:34.6

actually talk back and forth now. And I wanted to open up the space for anybody

0:38.6

1:36.0

to being an adult and you're like, am I really an adult? What's going on here? That's when I

1:40.0

fell in love with podcasts when I was in college and I learned so much and I felt like there wasn't

1:43.4

really much for people my age. Everything I was listening to were really for people

1:47.4

who were like in their 30s, business, health. So I wanted to create something kind of in

1:52.7

between. And then I started my business and then we shifted to wellness, realness, which is where
