Summary

I took a page from my column and decided to take my 500th podcast to look back at all the podcasts I've done. It turns out 500 is way too many to do in one podcast, so I just talk about my first 100 podcasts. This is a good chance to hear about some of my early podcasts to help figure out which ones you might want to listen to. There's also a bit of behind-the-scenes information about making them.

0:00.0	I'm pulling up my driver. We all know what that means. It's another drive to work.
0:06.2	And today, guys, is my 500th podcast. Five hundred. That's a lot of podcasts. I'm amazing. I still have
0:15.1	things to talk about. Okay. So one of the things I do in my column is every 100, every 100 articles, I do something
0:24.8	called 100 and counting where I go over all the different articles I've written.
0:30.0	And I've never done that for my podcast.
0:31.8	And I thought for my 500th podcast, I will do the equivalence of that where I go back and I talk
0:36.9	about all the different podcasts.
0:38.1	So if you, because not everybody's heard all 500 in my podcast.
0:41.8	So I'm going to walk through all the different things I've done and talk about them and share some stories and stuff.
0:47.0	I have no idea how this will play out.
0:48.5	So this is me trying something new.
0:50.9	But I'm going to go back to the very beginning and we'll see.
0:53.9	This might be more than one podcast.
0:55.6	I'm not quite sure how long it takes the cover of 500 podcasts.
0:59.1	Some I have a bunch to say.
1:00.7	Some I have very little to say.
1:01.8	So we shall see.
1:03.4	Okay, so in the beginning when I started.
1:05.4	So my very first podcast, Ride of Work number one, was actually the one I did as an experiment to see if it would even work.
1:13.9	I had this idea that I wanted to do a podcast and I realized that I wanted to be about half an hour
1:18.8	and it took me half an hour to get to work.
1:22.4	And so, anyway, one day I just experimented.
