Hi everyone, so in today's episode I'm going to talk about the dreaded

C word cheating. So first and foremost breaking trust really ends well. There's probably

a lot of you listening right now who are going through

trust issues as we speak and some types of broken trust may be more forgivable

than others but cheating that's a definite no-no.

Do not be in a relationship with someone if you're going to go cheat on them.

Like, how could someone be any more selfish than cheating?

It's the most terrible thing to do?

This should be self-explanatory but unfortunately it is not because

it happens all the time. And there are also different levels of cheating. Like if you're

unsure if you're doing something that would be considered

cheating, then it's probably cheating. Like it doesn't just mean physically, it's doing anything

that is inappropriate to do while you were in a relationship.

Even just having the intention to cheat is cheating because it's not something that you're supposed to even think about when you're with someone else.

You know, if you're still unsure, ask yourself,

how would I feel if my boyfriend or girlfriend was doing this?

And that sentence should then give you the clarity that you need.

Then there are the people who get mad at the people who they cheated on when they seem to have problems trusting you after the fact.

Like you brought this on yourself when you made the selfish decision to cheat.
